Had well-maintained room complete with private jacuzzi, a King Size Bed.

Had very nice stay in this gorgeous hotel, the staff were active, location was marvellous right by the mall for last minute shopping. Truly enjoyed the room with a king size bed, my bed was very comfy. Location: the property was just next door to the more upscale shopping malls and the itallian resturant and new tower. A few times I ate at Bruno's Restaurante, located at a medium distance from the hotel.

The staff here were super nice and the vibe was just amazing. the bed was cozy, the bathroom was fancy, and they had all the cool stuff like a flat-screen TV, a safe, and even climate control. 🌟

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to travel to and from. The hotel is also opposite to Multiplaza mall, giving guests plenty of shopping and dining options. Additionally, the hotel offers a great breakfast with a choice to eat inside or on the terrace overlooking the pools.

The internet connection at the hotel is poor, making it difficult to stay connected during your stay.

I wish I had stayed in a hotel downtown, where it would have been easier to explore the city and find local restaurants. Instead, I found myself confined to the hotel restaurant, where the food was superb but lacked variety. The location of the hotel in a mall was convenient for shopping, but I would have preferred being able to cross the road without relying on a taxi. On the plus side, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The service was impeccable and the breakfast buffet offered a delightful start to the day.

The hotel lacked a dedicated airport shuttle service.

It is incredibly beautiful and fairly clean. the lovely view of mountains in the distance added to its charm. the service was helpful and the location was great for our needs. the hotel is set in a lovely area just next door to the Airport, City, Downtown, Clubs, and the new tower. the breakfast offered a huge variety of food and was excellent and outstanding. the easy check-in process and on-site parking were convenient. Additionally, the wifi was good.
